people in new jersey are still without power. sandy.. it is blamed for 23 deaths. new jersey and also fuel shortages is a serious problem. chris christie is ordering a rationing system in 12 counties. but there is some good news with more transit service will be in place in time to work week tomorrow. and one-half of couchers the school districts will resume and bus service will help. >> ithese teams are going to the east across capable of serving 3000 mills per day from oakland, fair gammillions f people are still without power and water or heat. >> most new-york city schools are preparing to also reopen tomorrow. still major obstacles is the largest school districts. many residents are still without power and some are trying to piece together what is left of their homes. and this gas shortage people are having difficulty * kidding around. this is because of their of their still having-difficulty getting a round. >> this d u i driver critically injured a pedestrian. that story, coming up.
